About Moussa Sissoko
Moussa Sissoko has developed from a grassroots football educator in Beauvais into one of the most influential individual representatives in modern French football. Before entering professional representation, he worked as a football educator with amateur clubs around Beauvais, including Saint-Jean-de-Beauvais. This grassroots background enabled him to establish relationships with players and families from inside the French development system rather than entering football through law, finance or an established international agency.
His rise became inseparable from Ousmane Dembele. Sissoko advised the French winger through his emergence and was involved when Dembélé moved from Borussia Dortmund to FC Barcelona in 2017 for €105m plus potential add-ons. The operation immediately placed Sissoko into football's elite transfer market.
Their partnership survived difficult periods at Barcelona. Sissoko subsequently negotiated around Dembélé's 2022 renewal and remained central to the player's career when he moved to Paris Saint-Germain in 2023. Dembélé later developed into one of the world's dominant players and won the 2025 Ballon d'Or.
