Senny Mayulu is a French midfielder who plays for Paris Saint-Germain and represents France at U21 level. A technically gifted and highly versatile player, he can operate as a central midfielder, attacking midfielder or further forward.
Born in Le Blanc-Mesnil, Mayulu progressed through the Paris Saint-Germain academy before making his senior breakthrough under Luis Enrique in January 2024. His technical ability, tactical intelligence and capacity to fill several positions quickly made him a valuable member of the first-team rotation.
His profile rose significantly during PSG’s historic 2024/25 campaign. Mayulu scored in the UEFA Champions League final against Inter Milan, becoming one of the youngest goalscorers in the history of the competition’s final.
His role increased further during 2025/26, when he accumulated substantially more senior minutes and helped PSG win a second consecutive Champions League title. In September 2026, the club rewarded his progression with a new long-term contract until 2031.

Mayulu has spent the decisive development years of his career within Paris Saint-Germain and has not completed a senior professional transfer.
His route into the first team reflects PSG’s increased willingness to promote elite academy talent alongside major international signings.
His Champions League performances significantly accelerated his reputation, while the 2031 contract extension underlined PSG’s belief that he can remain part of the club’s long-term midfield core.
Mayulu is primarily a central midfielder but possesses enough technical and tactical flexibility to play as an attacking midfielder, advanced number eight or even a false nine.
One of his strongest qualities is his ability to receive possession in tight spaces. He is comfortable playing under pressure and can use either foot to turn away from opponents or progress possession.
Mayulu carries the ball effectively through midfield and regularly looks to move vertically rather than simply circulating possession.
His movement into attacking areas is another major strength. He times forward runs intelligently and has shown a strong ability to arrive inside the penalty area from deeper positions.
He is also technically composed around goal. His Champions League final goal demonstrated his ability to remain calm in high-pressure attacking situations despite his young age.
Without possession, Mayulu offers energy and tactical discipline. His versatility allows Luis Enrique to use him in several midfield and attacking structures without significantly changing the balance of the team.
