R13 Fussball’s model is built on using strong club relationships in Brazil as a springboard into secondary but ambitious markets – Greece, MLS, J-League, Liga I, Moldovan Super Liga and Peru’s Liga 1. Rather than chasing only the very top of Europe’s top-5 leagues, they prioritise finding environments where their players can start, grow and then step up again.
Scouting leans heavily on Scheidt’s and Rafinha’s on-field experience and an internal video-analytics operation that produces clips and reels shared directly with clubs worldwide. Negotiations tend to be assertive – illustrated by R13’s willingness to pursue unpaid fees through the CBF’s disputes chamber – but the agency positions itself as hands-on and protective of client value rather than pure deal volume.
Commissions are not published, but available transfer-industry reporting and Brazilian norms suggest:
Standard commissions in the 5–10 % range on player contracts, within FIFA and CBF guidelines
Success-based fees on transfers, especially outbound moves to Europe, MLS and Asia
Disciplinary actions / sanctions:
No major FIFA or CBF bans against the agency are publicly recorded. A Paraná state disciplinary report mentions Ricardo Scheidt entering the field and provoking confusion in a 2022 match environment, but without evidence of long-term sanctions against his agency activity.
Media sentiment:
Overall mixed-to-positive: local press has profiled Scheidt as a successful post-playing businessman with high-value clients like Léo Pereira and Rodinei, while more recent coverage notes his firm stance on collecting owed commissions.
Profiled in Brazilian sports media for Scheidt’s transition “from the pitch to success as an agent and manager,” citing his work with Rafinha, Léo Pereira and Rodinei
Listed among the most active agencies in Brazil’s 2025 main transfer window (joint-6th in volume of deals)
