Approach & Philosophy

Pro 11 emphasises a Scandinavian way of working – straightforward communication, realism and long-term planning over short-term gains. With co-founders who have played at top European level, the agency places strong weight on understanding dressing-room culture, coaching styles and club environments when advising on transfers.

The team keeps frequent contact with players and focuses on incremental step-ups: from domestic league to European qualifying rounds, and then to stronger leagues or bigger roles. Data and video scouting complement live scouting, but decisions are always framed around the individual’s personality, development needs and off-pitch stability.

Fees & Transparency

Specific commission rates are not publicly disclosed by Pro 11. As FIFA-licensed agents operating under DBU, they must work within FIFA’s Football Agent Regulations and the Danish FA’s framework, which set caps on agent commissions as a percentage of player remuneration or transfer value in most cases. In practice, Scandinavian agencies in this segment typically operate with low single-digit percentages and avoid aggressive add-on fees.

Compliance & Reputation

  • Disciplinary actions / sanctions:

    • No public record of FIFA, DBU or other association sanctions against Pro 11 Management or its named agents.

  • Litigation / disputes:

    • No widely reported court cases or contractual disputes involving Pro 11 Management appear in mainstream or industry media.

  • Media sentiment:

    • Generally positive to neutral, with Danish media coverage framing the agency’s buy-out from Nordic Sky and return to a fully Danish-owned setup as a strategic move with continued focus on domestic players and stability for existing clients.

Awards/recognition

  • Verified player agency profile on Transfermarkt, including “verified” status for multiple players and for the agency itself.

  • Recognised in Scandinavian football media as a notable Danish player agency after its buy-out from Nordic Sky and renewed independence.
