Nehoda Sport positions itself as a traditional yet modernised family agency that emphasises long-term relationships, careful club selection and legal security for its clients. The founder’s legal education and decades of experience mean negotiations are typically very detailed on clauses, bonuses and exit options, and the agency tends to prioritise stable career building over frequent short-term moves.
Scouting is focused on Czech and Slovak talent, supplemented by monitoring of regional leagues. Prospects are typically moved step-by-step via strong domestic clubs like Sparta, Slavia, Baník or Slovácko, with game time and development viewed as prerequisites before a big foreign transfer.
Operates under FFAR and the FAČR intermediary framework; no public fee schedule or dual-representation policy.
Disciplinary actions / sanctions:
No public records of FIFA or FAČR sanctions against Nehoda Sport or its key agents as of late 2025.
Litigation / disputes:
A recent high-profile contractual dispute arose when midfielder Pavel Šulc attempted to change agency; Nehoda Sport disputes the validity of his termination and has indicated it may pursue the case before FAČR arbitration. This is treated as a contractual dispute rather than disciplinary wrongdoing.
Media sentiment:
Generally positive to neutral. Nehoda Sport is widely seen as one of the established Czech agencies, with criticism focused more on the general influence of agents in the game rather than on specific scandals.
Regularly mentioned among the leading Czech agencies by client market value and number of top-flight players.
Frequently referenced in retrospective pieces on Pavel Nedvěd and other major Czech internationals as an agency that played an important role in launching their careers.
