Who is Michelangelo Minieri?

Michelangelo Minieri (born 29 May 1981, Rome) is an Italian football agent and the founder/owner of MM-Management Srl, a Rome-based players’ agency incorporated on 18 November 2022. Before moving into representation he was a professional defender with spells in Serie A and B (notably Ascoli, Triestina and Vicenza).

After retiring in 2012, Minieri worked within Silvio Pagliari’s Player Management (co-named on FIGC’s intermediary register at the same address he uses today) and then launched MM-Management, where he leads transfer negotiations, renewals and career strategy for a roster that spans Serie A/B and select European moves.

Approach & Philosophy

Italy-first representation with a development focus: MM-Management emphasizes nurturing domestic talent, securing stable environments in Serie A/B and then targeted European moves. Negotiations lean toward multi-year security and incremental step-ups aligned to squad roles and player growth.

Fees & Transparency

Typical market practice: player-side commissions ~3–5% of gross salary; club-side mandates as permitted by FIFA/NFAR and national rules; dual representation only with written informed consent. (Specific fee schedules are not publicly disclosed.)

Compliance & Reputation

  • Disciplinary actions / sanctions: No agency-level sanctions publicly reported

  • Litigation / disputes: None material publicly reported

  • Media sentiment: Neutral-to-positive — consistent Serie A presence and recent high-profile renewals/transfers (Comuzzo extension; Ghilardi to Roma)
