About

Bundled is a Dutch hybrid football and esports agency that started in 2008 and has grown from a specialist FIFA esports organisation into a boutique football management operation focused on technically gifted midfielders and defenders. On the esports side they manage dozens of pro players and run content, events and studios, while the football arm currently represents 11 mainly Dutch-developed prospects playing in the Eredivisie, Stars League, Kategoria Superiore and Dutch youth competitions. Their differentiator is the blend of traditional agency work with in-house content, social media and brand-building infrastructure that was originally built for esports and now increasingly benefits football clients.

Approach & Philosophy

Bundled’s football philosophy reflects its esports roots – highly data-aware, content-driven and focused on younger players with strong upside. Their roster is built around technically refined midfielders and modern defenders from the Groningen talent pipeline, complemented by players placed strategically in leagues where they can get minutes early (Norway, Albania, Dutch second tier).

Scouting leans heavily on detailed performance data, video analysis and close links with academies, while negotiation style is collaborative but prepared – they operate within the FIFA Football Agent Regulations environment and are used to aligning player sporting projects with commercial and brand-building plans built through content and social media.

Fees & Transparency

  • Commission structure:

    • Bundled does not publicly disclose precise football commission percentages; deals are expected to be structured within the FIFA Football Agent Regulations framework, with fee caps tied to player remuneration and transfer compensation.

  • Dual representation:

    • As a modern agency working in multiple jurisdictions, Bundled is expected to work within FIFA rules on dual representation (club and player) and fee caps, with any dual-representation arrangements needing written consent and clear allocation of service fees.

  • Image rights & sponsorship:

    • Image-rights and sponsorship deals are typically handled on a case-by-case basis, often bundled with content production and social activation from Bundled’s in-house studio rather than as standalone commission percentages.

  • Expenses:

    • No public detail on expense policies; major representation contracts and fees should be filed through the relevant FA and FIFA Clearing House where applicable.

Compliance & Reputation

  • Disciplinary actions / sanctions:

    • No public record of football-related disciplinary sanctions against Bundled or its key people as of late 2025.

  • Litigation / disputes:

    • No notable football-related court cases or arbitration awards involving Bundled reported in mainstream or specialist media.

  • Media sentiment:

    • Generally positive to neutral – Bundled is frequently described as one of the leading FIFA esports organisations in the Benelux, with recent football coverage focused on the rise and national-team breakthrough of Luciano Valente.

Awards / Recognition

  • Recognised in sponsor and club communications as one of the biggest FIFA esports organisations in the Benelux, with more than 30 international FIFA talents and several coaches under management.

  • Visibility and recognition through official esports collaborations with Inter, Club Brugge and Ajax, which indirectly boosts credibility for its football agency operations.
