About FIA Academy
FIA – Football International Academy Slovakia is an independent football academy based in Slovakia, with its training base in Stupava. The academy is focused on helping ambitious players train in a serious football environment and prepare for the next step in their careers.
FIA is not positioned as a standard local football camp. Its model is closer to a residential development project, where players can train, recover, live and develop inside a more professional football structure. The academy works with young players and emerging professionals and has an international outlook, including players from Slovakia and abroad.
Peter Cinege and the academy vision
Peter Cinege is the founder of FIA Academy. He brings broad football experience to the project, having worked across different parts of the game as a player, coach, general manager, sporting director, agent, scout and academy owner.
That background gives FIA a practical football identity. The academy is built around discipline, structure, development and daily standards. It is not only about training sessions, but about giving players a football environment that helps them understand what professional preparation looks like.
